Marvel promotes C.B. Cebulski to Editor-in-Chief

Via The Daily Dot:

Marvel Comics has named a new editor in chief, C.B. Cebulski, to replace Axel Alonso. Alonso first took the job in 2011 and is now leaving the company entirely. This is the second major upheaval at Marvel this month after star writer Brian Michael Bendis revealed he was moving to DC Comics.

It feels like the last couple years of Marvel stories have been directionless and uninspired, in particular many of the events following Secret Wars. I have a feeling bringing in Cebulski as EiC is the shot in the arm that the company needs to get back on track.
